LEARN REIKI 1
learn the fundmental principles of level one western reiki in a nurturing, grounded, and supportive environment.
kat’s teaching style is both practical and mystical, weaving aspects of science while also reviving the sacred.
experience a de-colonized training program that will initiate you in the fundamental practice of reiki energy healing.
by the end of this course you will:
know how to ground, and protect, your personal energy
receive a level 1 reiki attunement
learn a brief history of reiki, and the guiding principles of practicing reiki
receive instruction on how to prepare your physical body to increase it’s flow and sensitivity to bioenergy
increase your confidence in your own intuition, and perception
begin the life long journey of expanding self awareness- many experience deep healing and life changing perspectives through learning reiki with kat

continue your reiki practice by learning the revered symbols distributed by dr. usui and madame takata.
receive a manual artfully designed by kat
receive 2 attunements for reiki level 2
increase energy flow by learning the function of the basic symbols
learn to release the constriction of the thinking parts of the mind to flow reiki energy confidently, through the heart
receive instruction on multiple ways to perform reiki, including a brief training on how to work with chakras
continuing practical application on self, and with others
